BOOKING INFORMATION: Please use the below sessions to book your experience. Once you have booked your Alpaca Walking Experience you will receive a booking confirmation email. You will be required to bring this with you on the day of your visit. You will not be able to attend the experience unless you have received an email confirmation.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis. We are very sorry but any bookings not paid for cannot be held and you will lose your space on the visit.

To avoid disappointment Pre Booking via the sessions below is require and we are unable to accept any persons arriving without prior booking. Numbers are restricted and unexpected people may not be able to accompany you.  Please do not bring any non paying guests as we are not insured to leave them on site when we go off on our walk. Thank you for your understanding.

CHILDREN: If you are planning to book for children please note that anyone under 12 cannot lead their own alpaca but will be able to share an alpaca with their supervising adult. To do this you would need to book one walking ticket, plus one sharer ticket. Under 6's are not allowed on our walks, this is due to health and safety reasons but we are more than happy to welcome them on our meet and greet experiences.

VOUCHERS: If you have a voucher and wish to book please contact us directly.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a working farm and we are not open daily. Our walks are currently held at a different location to our farm so please do not show up to our farm as it is not open to the public. Thank You.

WEATHER: We do still run the walks during the rain but if the weather forecast is severe winds / rain or storm then we reserve the right to cancel the walk due to animal welfare. We will always contact you beforehand if this is the case to rearrange a new date. Please be sure to fill in all contact details upon booking.

HEALTH / ALLERGIES: The manufacturers of our Alpaca Feed cannot guarantee the feed is made in a nut free environment, hand feeding the Alpaca is part of the experience and we cannot be held responsible for someone visiting / walking and coming into contact with nuts.

​

Please advise us if there are particular needs or health we should be aware of.

​

We politely request that people are on time for walks as this is important for consideration of the other walkers booked on the experience. People arriving later than ten minutes will forfeit the chance to do the walk, So please make sure you know how to get there and give yourself enough time to be punctual.

​

PLEASE NOTE: Saturdays are our peak day and get booked up very fast in advance and are on a first come first served basis. Having a Gift Voucher does not guarantee or entitle you to a Saturday place.
